The Biomedical Officer Management Orientation (BOMO) course is a three week program aimed at providing new (6 mos-2 yrs) BSC officers with management skills, writing tips and tricks and knowledge of group dynamics.  The course also focuses on mentoring others and fostering an environment to grow our organizations.  Students leave with more than managerial tips and a day to day toolbox.  BOMO is focused on growing our future leaders by encouraging exploration into their own leadership style while they are still CGOs.
