A big thanks to TSgt Rodriguez and the pharmacy team at Patrick for putting together a comprehensive ISD task analysis for us. The current ISD waiver letter you should have in your master training plan should be removed and this task analysis utilized as part of your ISD process IAW pg 84 of the AFI 36-2201.

Please understand that this does NOT have to be utilized exactly as written, you may edit it to fit your needs...but...it is a very comprehensive product that is an excellent starting point for everyone to be utilized with their training program.
